2012 has begun with a experiments in a couple of new directions. Dichotomy of Change, in Geometric Sculptures is the first in a possible series of smaller table sculptures. The colour tests (these are raw unfired at this point) are really a greater departure from my comfort zone and are intended for some porcelain wall panels. We'll see where they go.........

In the meantime I am building rocks in preparation for the garden season that will come, honest! Our Spring Sale will be in late May.

On the horizon is a major Oven to Kiln fundraiser for Ceramic Education by the Northwest Ceramic Foundation Keith is on the board and we will both be donating major pieces for the silent auction. If you are local check it out at the link. It is a brilliant evening with a great meal and take-home dessert plates by prominent potters. We shall be donating our share!

Also with the NWCF is the latest in the Speakers Series of free lectures. Jim Robison who will be staying with us will be giving a talk "Circumnavigating the Current UK Ceramics Scene" Details are on the NWCF website.
