Keith at Work - Using Stiff Slabs

Slabs are rolled, firmed-up on plaster boards and trimmed to size.

Joins are deeply scored with fork and softened with "magic water."  Inside joins are stitched and reinforced with a coil fillet.

The first part is self-supporting and the last main section can be lifted on its board and joined vertically.

After some time under wraps to allow the locally wetted joins to 'set', sections can be cut-out.  Here the section cut from the front is being re-used for the side of the hole.

  Pre-formed elements are added.
